Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsChinese cabbage (shredded, salted and squeezed)
  2. 1canned tuna (no salt, in water)
  3. 1 tbspsugar
  4. 3 tbspPonzu
  5. 3 tbspMayonnaise
  6. 1 tbspsesame seed

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Shred cabbage and leave them salted (a pinch of salt, extra amount) for approx. 10 mins. Squeeze cabbage to remove extra water.

  2. 2

    Add sugar, ponzu, mayonnaise and tuna in a bowl and mix well. Add cabbage and mix well. Add sesame seed.
