Cooking Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, add your banana. Mash well with a whisk or fork.

Add your sugar, flour, and vanilla extract to the banana mixture. Stir well until a thick batter consistency is achieved. If you find your batter to be too thick, add a bit of water to smooth it out.

Heat a large frying pan on medium to high heat.

Add a large dollop of batter into the pan, and flip when the surface begins to bubble. Repeat until you’ve used up all your batter.

Top with maple syrup and chocolate chips to taste.

Its healthy, a combination of fruit and protein. No need for sugar since bananas are naturally sweet. You can also try adding some chocolate chips or dress them with syrup on top.They are pretty simple to make but its quite tricky especially the flipping part. I find it very important that you brush your pan with butter. Keep them small about 3inches so it would cook quickly and easier to flip. Before flipping, make sure the edges are set and the middle starts to bubble. Gently, and slowly lift half of the pancake and flip!
