Cooking Instructions

    First rinse your beans and add to boiling water. Cook till they're soft and drain excess water.in a boiling water add the rice and parboil.drain water and rinse properly. Pour back in the pot and add hot water enough to cook the rice.u can add little salt at this point if u wish.

    When the water is almost absorbed reduce the heat to avoid burning. Once water is absorbed your rice is ready.make sure u check if it's cooked through before putting off flame.the rice must be soft. For the stew grind or blend the tomatoes,peppers, onions and fresh garlic.pour in the pot and cook.when water in the stew is almost absorbed add your fried or cooked meat, seasonings,oil and anything else you desire.cook till the stew is cooked through without any water left.

    At this point oil will be visible on the surface of the stew. Serve with your rice and enjoy.
