Cooking Instructions

Wash and slice chicken breast in pieces, put in a pot and add all spices/seasoning, allow to sit for 1 hour then add a little water and cook until tender.

Put the cooked meat in a tray and allow to cool down, then pound lightly and strip using your clean hands.

Heat up a little oil in a pan and stir fry for 10 minutes, turn into a tray and allow to cool down.
