  1. 1 cupAchi
  2. 1/2kilo beef
  3. 2chicken breast
  4. 3 handfulscut Ponmo
  5. 2 handfulscut Ugwu leaves
  6. leavesFew Uziza
  7. CubesNaijapot and Knorr chicken
  8. Onions
  9. Habenaro pepper
  10. Dry grounded pepper
  11. Salt
  12. 1/4 cupCrayfish grounded
  13. 1/2 cupPalm oil
  14. Beef stock

Cooking Instructions

    Marinate and cut chicken. Then fry.

    Marinate and boil beef until well cooked.

    Ensure ponmo is well cooked.

    Heat pot, add palm oil, when hot, add Onions and allow to fry a little. Add the dissolved Achi thickener using beef stock. Season and stir well. So the Achi doesn't go lumpy. If thick add more stock or water. Cover for some minutes to Cook. Add your crayfish, dry pepper, ponmo, and beef. Check taste, add salt and some cube seasonings. Cover alllow the flavours to build more.

    Check add your fresh cut habanero pepper, add your fried chicken. Stir and then add your cut washed vegetables. (You cut and wash your vegetables if you don't want soup to be green like)

    Check taste and allow to cook for 3 to 5 minutes. Serve with any choice swallow.
