Cooking Instructions

    Waah,spice and cook the turkey and set aside. Blend the tomatoes, pepper, Tatashe, onions, ginger and garlic. Boil for awhile to allow the water dry up a little.

    Put oil on fire, when hot add cut onions and the dried paste and fry.

  3. 3

    Add seasoning and the meat stock and meat. Taste for salt. Allow to boil for about 5mins. Stew is ready.

    Wash, parboil and cook the rice.

  5. 5

    Cut and wash the cabbage and cucumber. Wash and cut the tomatoe and onions. Mix all together.

  6. 6

    Meal is ready to be served.
