Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsgroundnut
  2. Crayfish
  3. Pepper
  4. Seasoning
  5. Salt
  6. Palm oil
  7. Beef/ dry fish / kpomo
  8. Ugwu

Cooking Instructions

    Remove fresh groundnut from shell, pick out bad ones and slightly fry in dry pan for 4-5 mins

  2. 2

    Bring down, allow to cool then grind with blender or take to the mill.

  3. 3

    Boil ur meat, dry fish, kpomo till soft remove dry fish. Add pepper, crayfish and seasoning to taste.

    Pour Palm oil allow to miss in properly then add groundnut paste and allow to thicken, then pour in ur ugwu and stir

  5. 5

    Serve along any swallow of choice.
