Ingredients

  1. Macaroni
  2. Tattasai
  3. Attaruhu
  4. Tomatoes
  5. cubeBullion
  6. Stock
  7. Onion
  8. Oil
  9. Salt
  10. Salt, curry, thyme and dried rosemary

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Parboil macaroni aldente and keep aside. Blend ur vegetables.i.e tattasai attaruhu tomatoes and onion.

    Clean and cook ur fish with salt thyme and rosemary. Debone, flake and set aside

  3. 3

    Put a pot on fire add ur oil some onions ginger and garlic and saute till soft. Add blended vegetables. Fry and add ur flaked fish. Add stock and season to taste. Bring to a boil

  4. 4

    Add ur macaroni stir cover and allow to cook.

  5. 5

    I served with a salad of lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, green bell pepper, and boiled potatoes tossed in a garlic mayo dressing
