Cooking Instructions

Soak the corn for days. Remember to wash and change the water daily.

Wash and remove the corn from the water. Peel and wash the fresh ginger and garlic, Add to the washed corn. Take to the market and blend properly in a clean commercial blender.

Add water in a big bowl or bucket. Cover the bucket with a big seiving cloth. Add the grinded corn bit by bit and wash until you observe the milk is off remaining the shaft. Remove the shaft and continue until you are through.

Place the bucket in a cool secluded place where it won't shake or disturbed overnight. The next day, pour the water out and then pour the pap into a calico bag so that the remaining water will be squeezed out remaining the Pap.

Keep checking and removing the water. Pour the pap into a bowl and preserve in the fridge or freezer. Use as at when desired. The shaft can be given to animals as feed or used as corn meal
