Cooking Instructions

Parboil beans with pressure pot for 20mins,wash and boil again in a normal pot.

As it boiling add sliced onion,ginger and garlic and cover the pot.

After 5mins please check the seed of the rbeans to confirm is at least a bit soft.

Add pepper,crayfish,Maggi,Salt cover the pot again.allow the food to boil untill the water is almost dry and the beans is soft.

Then add palmoil cover the pot let it boil for 3mins,then stir with wooden spoon allow to boil again check the salt and put off the fire onces the beans is soft.

Mix Pap with little water boil water and pour in gently till the pap is a bit thick,put on a low heat and stir with a wooden spoon till is thick.serve with beans.
