  2. Achi
  3. Maggi
  4. Red oil
  5. Stockfish
  6. Kpanla
  7. Dried fish
  8. Ponmo
  9. Salt
  10. Pepper
  11. Ice fish
  12. Palm oil
  13. Ogili akwukwo

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Parboil ur stockfish,ice fish, after washing them until is soft

  2. 2

    Mix the aching separately with palm oil in a plate and add to the pot of stock fish

  3. 3

    Add ur spices including ogili and allow to steam very well in order to check out for the thickness

  4. 4

    Then taste for salt and add the Oha leaves and allow to boil to soften the leave then serve with any swallow of ur choice
