Ingredients

  1. 3Fresh Pepper
  2. Salt
  3. 3cksp Palmoil
  4. BunchOha
  5. 1Stockfish
  6. 50 gMeat
  7. 1/2 cupgarri
  8. 3cksp palmoil
  9. 1wrap Ogiri
  10. 1 teaspoonAchi
  11. 3cksp Crayfish

Cooking Instructions

    Boil meat with stockfish for 25minutes with intensive heat.

    Boil with onion,maggi and salt.

  3. 3

    Pick the oha leaf,and cut it without knife.wash and set aside.

    Wash and Boil cocoyam for 35minutes.

    Peel and pound very well.add a teaspoon of palmoil when pounding it.

    Add more water to already boiled meat.water enough for the soup when is boiling very well.

    Mould the cocoyam in balls.and add the boiling meat.

    Add palmoil and cover to boil for at least 20minutes.

    Sprinkle achi inside the soup and boil for 5minutes.

    Add crayfish,pepper,ogiri and salt and boil for 7mins.

    Pour in the oha leaves.by now you can smell the soup.

    Boil for 1minute and is ready to be enjoyed.

    Boil a cup of water and pour garri inside it.
