    Parboil ur spaghetti and set aside

    Fry ur tomatoes with the vegetables oil till its dried, add all other spices and required amount of water and add the spaghetti

    Allow to steam and soften

    Then Add ur already seasoned fish

  5. 5

    Rasta for salt and allow to dry

  6. 6

    Fiod is ready a, add a little ketchup
