Cooking Instructions

Wash meat, season and cook until soft, then set aside. Wash all vegetables,grate and set aside.

Heat up oil, add sliced onions and fry, then add tomatoes and pepper and stir, allow to fry then add crayfish, ginger, dawadawa, stir and add meat and stock, add Maggi and 2 cups of water, cover the pot and allow to boil. When it's well boiled, reduce heat, scoop meat and add a little cold water, using your turning stick,add boabob powder gently whilst stirring non stop to avoid lumps. Put your meat back and cook for 5minutes, taste for salt and put off heat.

Put water on fire and set to boil, in a bowl mix half of semolina to make a loose paste, turn into the boiling water and stir, reduce heat and allow to cook for 3 minutes then use the remaining powder and turn into a smooth thick paste.cover the pot and steam for 2 minutes the off the gas.

Wrap in transparent nylon and serve hot with Miyan kuka.
