Twisted Dough Pastry (Ma Hua) Twisted Dough Pastry (Ma Hua)
Ma Hua, or Twisted Dough Pastry, is a traditional Chinese snack with a long history. It was first made in ancient China for special occasions. The pastry has a crispy outside and a soft, fluffy inside, and can be twisted into fun shapes. They are crispy, golden, and lightly sweet. With a satisfying crunch and a hint of sweetness, they make a perfect snack or treat to enjoy with tea. Simple, delicious, and fun to make! Enjoy! Dandanyummyfood -

Easy Naan in a Bread Machine Easy Naan in a Bread Machine
I recreated the naan served at my favourite Indian restaurant. The menu says it is hand-stretched naan made with a generous amount of milk, so I included a lot of milk in this recipe.Keep an eye on it, or it will burn! It depends how strong the heat is, but it takes me 5-6 minutes to grill each naan. Recipe by Puriman cookpad.japan -

Perfect Pita Bread Perfect Pita Bread
This is a small batch recipe for 3 medium pita breads. The secret to getting them to puff up into pockets is a super hot oven (at least 260°C/500°F). I recommend sticking to white flour for this because it seems whole wheat flours don't do a good job of rising well (which means no pocket!).Great for falafel, or any kind of sandwich fillings you like.
