*Add your blended tomatoes and pepper and continue frying.
*Add your seasoning cube and fry further
When you have properly fried the tomatoes, add the fish stock into the pot
Add your yam and more water that will be enough to cook. - 2
Cover and allow to cook
Let it continue cooking
Add crayfish after a while and adjust the taste
Lower your heat after some time and allow to thicken
When it has fully thickened, add ugu leaves and stir, leave for few seconds, then bring it down.Note: lower the heat when is almost ready, then leave to cook slowly, this allows the yam to absorb the ingredients including palm oil, so when cut apart the yam won't be white on the inside.

I love food lol but my favorite soup of all, is this beautiful palm nut soup. The flavor of the palm nut is indescribable and delicious 😋! The palm tree is just amazing that you can get wine from it and it’s no low class wine either! Palm oil is a must for a lot of Igbo dishes and of course the palm nut soup 🍜 is time consuming but so worth it ! ifuchi -

Spring Roasted Veggie Casserole Spring Roasted Veggie Casserole
Growing up our home was always filled with all sorts of delicious smells when my mom was cooking, but this specific dish was truly one of my top favorites. Such a delicious combination of veggies that I am sure everyone will enjoy eating. I was tempted to add Spinach and Mushrooms, but I thought I would save it for a delicious recipe that I have in mind for later on. 🙂 When I first started blogging this was one of the first recipes I posted with far less ingredients, because I wasn’t actually sure what to do and how to do it back then, but now I feel a bit more at ease and so I tried it out again. 🙂 (working on taking photos helped me but I do still have a long way to go)So, I do love to add peppers into most of the veggies recipes that I make…I like how colorful the dish looks and the taste is sometimes just a bit sweeter depending of course on which peppers you will be using. 🙂 In this recipe most add garlic, and since I am the only one who does not eat garlic, I make two batches so that all can be satisfied. 🙂A Spring and Summer delight for anyone who loves veggies and just wants to eat something Foodzesty -

Fluffy and Soft~ Nagaimo Yam and Cabbage Okonomiyaki Fluffy and Soft~ Nagaimo Yam and Cabbage Okonomiyaki
I had half of a nagaimo yam and cabbage that had been sitting in my fridge for a long time. Basically, I could use just these ingredients for a late-night snack; it is simple and light, and is really filling! This is the perfect recipe. More than anything, I can't get enough of the fluffiness.A sign that it has finished cooking is that it will plump up all over. It is soft and fluffy when it is done cooking . It will still be soft, so please take care when transferring to a plate. The tempura flour has eggs mixed into it, so this is great for holding everything together. Simple is best instead of preparing everything! For about 15 cm [5.9 in]-diamater okonomiyaki pancake. Recipe by Shinyori-na cookpad.japan
