Cooking Instructions

    Wash and cut the vegetables and blend them well

    Put grounded veggies on fire,when the water dries up

    Add oil,reduce heat and fry

    Add crushed garlic to release the aroma and continue frying

  5. 5

    Add curry and thyme together with salt.

  6. 6

    Fry very well to remove the sour taste of tomatoes

  7. 7

    Wen oil begin to settle on top,meaning its well fried, add seasoning and stock

  8. 8

    Cover and allow to simmer on low heat

  9. 9

    Serve with white rice or yam
