Ingredients

  1. Ugu
  2. Waterleaf
  3. Meat
  4. Dry fish
  5. Stockfish
  6. Canda/ Pomo
  7. Crayfish
  8. Pepper, Maggi and salt

Cooking Instructions

    Cut and wash ugu and waterleaf very well keep aside.

  2. 2

    Wash meat, pomo, stockfish and dry fish into pot and add ur pepper Maggi and salt to taste. Pls don't add onions.

    If meat is soft and no water in the pot, add ur waterleaf and crayfish cover to steam a little, open and stir then add ur oil cover to boil well.

  4. 4

    If the waterleaf is well cooked add ur pepper Maggi and salt then taste. Then u can now add your ugu leaf that has been well drained of water stir, taste and put down within 2min.

    You can then serve with either fufu, rice or semo
