Cooking Instructions

Hard boil 10 eggs, break and beat the remaining four and set aside.

To the bowl of minced beef,add some spices, seasoning to taste,add scotch bonnet,onion and garlic paste and mix
- 3
Either cut the eggs into halves to make twenty scotch eggs or use a whole egg to make ten
- 4
Coat the boiled eggs with the spiced minced beef,coat with flour,then dip in eggs and then in bread crumbs. repeat the procedure for the remaining eggs.

Heat oil in a pan,and fry till it's done.serve with ketchup

I have head of these fabled delicacies but never attempted to make one until recently. It’s pretty straight forward. Soft boiled eggs, wrapped with sausage, breaded and fried. I used “Hot” 🙄 Italian sausage, because that’s what I had on hand. But, I personally think it would go better with the sweet Italian sausage with provolone and fennel in it. Karl -
