In a pan add oil and saught coconut, chilli,urad dal,kadai parupu,dhaniya, garlic, tamarind, very well.

Make it to cool in room temperature.

In a mixie add all the cooked ingredients plus palm sugar and salt.

Grind until they become a fine paste..
- 5
Serve with idli, dosa, Chapati..
- 6
