Cooking Instructions

Wash the fish very well under running water to remove the slimy particles (I use sponge cos its easier)

Pour hot water on it to reduce the foul smell

Slice onion and carrot/green beans
- 4
Add pepper soup spice,seasoning cubes,pepper and water allow the fish to cook
- 5
Add your carrot / green beans and add Sliced scent leaves last
