  1. 200 gramsWheat flour
  2. 250 gramsSpinach
  3. 1 pinchJeera
  4. 1 pinchHing
  5. 2Chopped green chillies
  6. 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  7. Salt as per taste
  8. As neededGhee

Cooking Instructions

    Clean the spinach and blanch it. Add all ingredients together except ghee in a food processor and run through to get a crumbly textured flour. Add some water and get a smooth dough. Keep aside.

    Take a palm sized ball from the dough and roll it. Add some ghee and close the edges. Again roll into desired shape.

    Heat a tawa and cook the paratha adding ghee on both sides. Coom till crisp on both sides. Serve with curd or pickle.
