Ingredients

  1. 1 cupdhooli moong dal
  2. 1 pinchhing/ asafoetida
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. as neededPaneer cubes
  5. as neededOil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Soak moong dal overnight.

  2. 2

    Grind into a fine paste. Now add hing, salt in it. Mix.

  3. 3

    Cut paneer into big sized cubes.

  4. 4

    Now dip the paneer pieces into the dal batter and deep fry these paneer pieces.

  5. 5

    Sprinkle chat masala over it and serve.

  6. 6
