Banana Orange Bread

#ReferbyNaziaQureshi #HAPPYBIRTHDAYCOOKPAD Banana bread has been a staple in our house. What I love most about this recipe is that there is infinite ways to amplify the recipe according to what other treats I am in a mood for! Since oranges are plenty in these days, I decided to play with the recipe to incorporate the slight sourness from the oranges with the sweet of the bananas. Happy Cooking, Happy Sharing!

I usually double this recipe, making 1 loaf and 1 batch of muffins. The recipe is very versatile. You can add more banana if you'd like to increase the banana flavor. I have also made it with add-ins (choc. chips, dried cranberries, chopped walnuts). Stir in after flour. cmckay75 -
Chocolate Walnut Banana Bread Chocolate Walnut Banana Bread
My 4 year old loves bananas so I always have them on hand. Sometimes they ripen faster than he eats them. I had some very ripe bananas the other day so I decided to make banana bread. Now, I'm not a baker so I had to Google some recipes to get an idea of what to do and I can't believe my 1st attempt came out perfect! This banana bread isn't too sweet and has a good banana flavor. You can omit the cocoa or the walnuts if you prefer and it'll still be delicious. Cooking with Kimberly Wood -
