Ingredients

35-40 minutes
6-8 servings
  1. (BREAD PUDDING)
  2. 5Eggs
  3. 1 cupSugar
  4. 1 teaspoonVanilla Essence
  5. 1/2 cupHeavy Cream
  6. 2 cupsMilk
  7. 1/4 teaspooncinnamon Powder (Optional)
  8. 80 gramssalted Butter
  9. 12-14Bread slices cubes
  10. 2 tablespoonRaisins
  11. 2 tablespoonAlmonds
  12. (CARAMEL SAUCE)
  13. 1/2 cupsugar
  14. 1 tablespoonButter
  15. 2 tablespoonCream

Cooking Instructions

35-40 minutes

    Set all ingredients at one place.

    Add eggs, cinnamon and vanilla essence in a bowl and beat it well.

  3. 3

    Add milk and cream in the eggs mixture and bear again.

  4. 4

    Strain/sieve the egg batter in straighner. Then add butter in it and beat very well. Cut bread in cubes and put half slices in oven proof dish. On top add add some raisins and almonds.

    Pour half eggs mixture and put remaining bread slices. Sprinkle raisins and almonds and pour remaining eggs mixture.

    Bake at 180° for 30-35 minutes or insert toothpick comes out clean.

    To make Caramel sauce add sugar in dry pan. When sugar turn into caramelized then add butter and cream.

    Mix well and let it cool. Pipe the caramel sauce on baked bread pudding.

    Cut into slices and enjoy Creamy Bread Pudding.
