Here's a sweet and spicy chutney which can be enjoyed with lots of dishes like daal chawal vegetables or paratha. This chutney is generally used in paratha roll or served with daal chawal in restaurants but now you can make it home and enjoy it anytime with anything you like. Ingredients

15 to 20 minute
as required
  1. 2onion chopped
  2. 2tomato chopped
  3. 2 tbspmint leaves
  4. Handfulgreen coriander leaves
  5. 5red chilli button or Kashmiri red chilli
  6. Green garlic leaves or 4 garlic cloves
  7. Cooking the chutney
  8. 1 tbspoil
  9. Pinchmustard seed (Rai Dana)
  10. 2 tbspimlii paste
  11. 1 tbspchat masala powder
  12. Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions

15 to 20 minute
  1. 1

    Take onion, tomato, red chilli button, garlic, green coriander leaves and mint leaves and blend all the things together.

    Take a pan add oil, once it heat up add Rai Dana and prepared onion chutney paste.

  3. 3

    Add salt, imlii paste, and chat masala and cook until the paste becomes thick and starts to leave the pan.

    Onion Chutney is ready.
