Ingredients

1 hour
2 to 4 servings
  1. 1/2 cupboiled chana
  2. 1 cupwater
  3. 1med onion chopped
  4. 1large tomato chopped
  5. 1/4 cupoil
  6. 1 tspg.g. paste
  7. 1/2 tsphaldi
  8. 1 tspchilli powder
  9. 1 tspgaram masala
  10. 2 tspcoriander powder
  11. 1 tbspcurry powder masala (salan masala)
  12. For Pooriyan:
  13. 1 cupmaida
  14. salt to taste
  15. 1 tbspoil

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil, add onions, g.g. paste, let it becomes golden colour,

    Now add tomatoes, all spices and little water and cook until gets tender,

    Add chana, and water and mix well reduce the heat and cover and allow to cook about 15 mins till chana has absorbed some of the sauce... at the end sprinkle the garam masala and serve with pooriyan....

    Ab pooriyan banane k lie tayari karen sub se pehle maida mein salt shamil karen, aur lukewarm water se thora sa sakht gond lien aur oil laga kar cover kardein aur half hour choti choti pooriyan bhel k fry karen aur channe k sath khayen aur apne sunday breakfast ko enjoy karen...
