Bachpan se mummy ko Muharram mein Haleem, sharbat aur kheer banate dekha, bohat ehtamam kia jata tha. Ab bhi hamare ghar mein yeh silsila chal raha hay. Magar ab bazar se bhi banwa letay hain deg. Allah sub ki niaz qabol farmayen Aameen.
Haleem banana koi muskil nahi hay. Bus thora patience chahye.

Cooking Instructions

    Daalon, jow aur gehun ko achi tarha wash kar ke over night bhego dein alag.

    Subh daalon aur Gandum ko boil karnay rakhen, pani dalen haldi 1 tsp aur tez patta daal ke cook karen jab taak gaal jaen achi tarha Ab salt add kar ke mix karen jab gal jae to salt add karen 1tsp..jab uper jhag aae to remove karen.

    Sath hi alag baray pot ya daig mein beef, bones dalen sath adrak lehson dalen, onions dalen, 1cup oil dalen, pani 2litres dalen, masala dalen aur cook karen high flame pe 10_15 mins, boil a jae achi tarha phir flame low karen, cover and cook jab tak gosht bilkul gal jae aur oil uper a jae ga.

    Bones nikal dein. Meat ko mash (ghot) lein ke resha ho jae.

    Daal aur Gandum gal soft ho jae to ghot lein ya grind karen magar mota mota rehnay dein fine na karen

    Jab sub chezen eik jaan ho jae aur resha ban jae to add garam masala and mix. Taste karen salt.

    Ab daalo aur jo, gundum ko qorma waly pot mein daal ke mix karen aur khub ghoten. Yeh important step hay, resha ban jae ga, taste karen. Jab taak sub eik jaan ho jaen ghotna hay khub.

    End mein 1/2 cup ghee /oil garam karen, onions dalen brown ho jae to tarka lagaen haleem pe. Ab dubara ghot lein.

    Jab dane dar resha wala haleem ban jae to cover kar ke dum pe rakhen kuch der. Serve karen lemon, brown pyaz, ginger, dhania Podina aur green chillies ke sath.

    You can also add some kasmiri lal mirch and haleem masala in tarka.
    Always use big pieces of meat it makes good reshadar haleem.
