Cooking Instructions

Put yeast and sugar into a bowl, add a bit of warm water, leave for 30+ minutes

Add the flour, salt, oil. Mix, add the rest of the water

Sprinkle the bowl with flour, leave for an hour+

Preheat the oven to 200

Once the hour has passed, add some flour on top, and fold from outside in, make a circle, pull out and shape

Put another sheet below the bread, in the oven, adding water to it, to soften the dough, and add crust
