Cooking Instructions

Boil potatoes. Allow to cool down. chop green chilies, fine chop Ginger. chop potatoes in squares.

Heat deep pan adds oil, once hot add cumin and mustard seeds. let it splutter add curry leaves, chopped ginger, green chilies. saute till ginger leaves it's the aroma. add asafoetida, turmeric powder.

Add chopped potatoes, mix well add salt, sugar, lemon juice.mix well. cook for five minutes.do not make a paste of chilies, Ginger.it is the secret of this sabji.
