Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsabudana
  2. 1/2 cuproasted peanut powder
  3. 3-4 Tbspspoon ghee
  4. 2boiled potato cubes
  5. 3-4green chillies
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1/2 spoonCummin seeds
  8. 1/2lemon juice

Cooking Instructions

    Rins sabudana under water until water turns clear. Por 1/2 cup water. cover it and soak sabudana 7 to 8 hours or overnight.

    Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds let them sizzle. Add green chillies, add potato dieces and fry it 2 to 3 minutes.

    Then add soaked sabudana,peanut powder, salt to taste and mix it until well combined

    Cover it and cook for 5 to 7 minutes until sabudana become translucent don't cook for long else it will stick.

    Remove pan from heat and add lemon juice and mix it.
    Serve hot Sabudana Khichdi with chilled yogurt.
