Cooking Instructions
- 1
Chop chard into thinnish strips
- 2
In a wok add honey, oil and soy sauce with chillies until it's all melted
- 3
Add the chard and cook on high heat stirring often so that you are moving the cooked part on top whilst bringing down the bits that still need cooking. Cook for 2-3 minutes no more to keep it crunchy

Fresh boiled Greens from my garden 😋 Fresh boiled Greens from my garden 😋
Been trying to eat healthier lately. The hubs and me are working hard out in the garden and all over the property building things. We have 4 acres (not all of it is cleared) so we want to live off the land as much as we can and try to teach the young ones something at the same time❤️ You can do any mix of greens you like ⚡Welderwoman⚡ -
Chard & Potato Creamy Soup Chard & Potato Creamy Soup
I had a great vegetable cream soup at a family-owned restaurant in Mexico and was feeling inspired to come up with my own take on it. I happen to love green-colored food, which is why I chose to use a lot of chard, but I'm sure this would work also with another heavy leafy green like kale or spinach. gastrogirl -

Super Quick Kimchi & Tofu Simmer in the Microwave Super Quick Kimchi & Tofu Simmer in the Microwave
I love kimchi. But my children don't really enjoy eating it, so I made just enough tofu simmer for myself. In the summer I top the kimchi on chilled tofu and eat just eat it like that.I personally like firm tofu better, but you can use silken tofu or fried tofu if you want.Since the tofu and kimchi can be eaten without being cooked, as soon as the meat has cooked, it's done. You can flavor it with as much sesame oil and soy sauce as you want. My wife doesn't like spicy like I do, so I am taking a Korean beef dish, and slightly modifying it for pork, and rice bowl. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did. If you want a grilled flavor, with no sauce, grill the pork after marinating, and serve. But for the added sauce and veggie option, follow this recipe. Fo Fa -
