  1. Salad
  2. 1 handfulparsley, chopped
  3. 1/2 handfulmint, chopped
  4. 1 pieceonion leave, chopped
  5. 1 piecesmall tomato, chopped
  6. Soak
  7. 1/4 cupburghul
  8. 1/2 piecelemon juice
  9. 1 tablespoonolive oil
  10. 1 teaspoonpomegranate sauce
  11. 1/2 teaspoonsugar
  12. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  13. 1/2 teaspoonblack pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and strain bulghur

    Soak bulghur in lemon juice, olive oil, pomegranate sauce, sugar, salt and pepper. Mix and set aside

  3. 3

    Combine parsley, onion leave, timato and mint.

  4. 4

    Decorate with lemon or lettuce and serve.
