Spagetti with cucumber and egg
Dished for my mum the entertainer for tonight..she will just hit the bed after this meal.
Cooking Instructions

Parboil spagetti for 12 minutes,sieve out the water and keep.

Boil the tomato paste with a cup of water for 10minutes,pour in vegetable vegetable oil allow it for 3minutes.add more water.

Chop the onion and fresh pepper and add leave it for 5minutes then put salt and seasoning.

After 10minutes pour in the other remaining ingredients and spagetti then turn with a wooden spoon.

Cover and boil till the qater dry up turn to mix up.boil the egg for 4minutes and allow to cool then peel.

Wash and cut the cucumber serve it with the spagetti.
