Bring water to boil and cook orzo to instructions. 2 minutes prior to completion add quartered tomatoes. Simmer until water is gone.

While cooking pasta, sauté garlic, peppers, and seasonings in sauce pan for 10 minutes.

Mix pasta and tomatoes in pan with garlic and peppers.

Add cheese. Stirring frequently until melted

Simmer for another 8 minutes

Serve. Good with fish
