Ingredients

  1. 500 gramsPaneer
  2. 1/2 teaspoonSalt
  3. 1 tablespoonGinger garlic paste
  4. 2 tablespoonsLemon juice
  5. 2 tablespoonsOil
  6. 140 gramsOnions
  7. 2 tablespoonsCashews
  8. 1 tablespoonPoppy seeds
  9. 2 tablespoonPeanut
  10. 1/2 cupWater
  11. 2 tablespoonsOil
  12. 1 teaspoonCumin
  13. 1Bay leaf
  14. 1Mace
  15. 3 podsGreen Cardamom
  16. 3 pods-Cloves
  17. 1 podBlack Cardamom
  18. 240 gramsYogurt
  19. 3Green chilli
  20. 1 teaspoonSalt
  21. 1/2 teaspoonWhite pepper
  22. 1/2 teaspoonBlack pepper
  23. 1/2 teaspoonCumin powder
  24. 1/2 teaspoonNutmeg
  25. 1/2 cupMilk
  26. 60 gramsFresh cream

Steps

  1. 1

    In a mixing bowl, add 500 grams Paneer, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, 2 tablespoons and mix it well.

    Marinate for 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons oil, add 140 grams onions and saute for 3 - 5 minutes.

  4. 4

    Now, blend it into a smooth paste.

  5. 5

    In a mixing bowl, add 2 tablespoons cashews, 1 tablespoon poppy seeds, 2 tsp peanut, 1/4 cup water and soak for 20 minutes.

    Then, blend it into a smooth paste.

  7. 7

    Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan, add 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 bay leaf, 1 mace, 3 pods green cardamom, 3 pods cloves, 1 pod black cardamom and saute 2 - 3 m minutes.

    Now, add onions paste and cook 2 - 3 minutes.

    Then, add marinated paneer and cook 3 - 5 minutes.

  10. 10

    Add 3 green chilli, 240 grams yogurt and mix it well.

  11. 11

    Now, add 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon white pepper, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg and mix it.

    Then, add 1/2 cup milk and Cover it with lid and cook for 8 - 10 minutes.

    Add. Cashews paste, 60 grams fresh cream and mix it well.

  14. 14

    Garnish with coriander.

  15. 15

    Serve.
