Ingredients

  • 2 bunchsaag boiled and grind
  • 2 bunchspinach boiled and grind
  • Green chillies 3 grind
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 tspOil
  • Red chilli powder half tsp
  • For tempering:
  • 2 tspGarlic chopped
  • 4Red button chillies
  • 1/2 cupDesi ghee
  • For makai roti
  • 2 cupMakai ka ata
  • 1 cupNormal ata
  • 2 tspGhee
  • to tasteSalt
  • Namkeen lassi
  • 1 cupYogurt
  • 1 tspSalt
  • Sugar as per your choice
  • 1 cupWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Put oil in a pan.

  2. 2

    Add grinded saag and spinach together

  3. 3

    Add green chillies salt and red chilli.powder

  4. 4

    Sauted it well untill the oil comes up.

  5. 5

    Now take a frying pan

  6. 6

    Add desi ghee put garlic and button chillies

  7. 7

    Wen it gets brown add this oil into the sauted saag.

  8. 8

    For roti knead a smooth dough by mixing all the above ingredients and make a small roti with desi ghee on top.yumm

  9. 9

    For lassi mix all the ingredients and serve it with crushed ice.
