Use the blender or food processor to mash the bananas until fine.

Empty the whole sachet of custard into the blender together with the cream. Blend until it reaches a smooth consistency.

Depending on how you want your Gelato, add milk and blend for a minute. More milk can be added for less sweetness.

Turn on the ice cream maker and let it churn for 20 -30 minutes.

Place in a container or a lined loaf tin and store in your freezer.

Remember to place your ice cream machine in a freezer the night before making your ice cream.

Make sure that all ingredients are cold to ensure they churn quick. Serve in sugar cones
