Ingredients

1 person
  • 3mid size Okura
  • 1 halfcan of White Solid Tuna
  • 1 teaspoonMayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoonShirodashi

Steps

  1. 1

    When you buy Okura, look for small ones. The bigger ones look appealing but they are more harder. If you can find only big ones, you can boil for 2 minutes(short time).

  2. 2

    Cut Okuras into 2mm slices.

  3. 3

    Put 🍚 in a bowl and put Okura and Tuna over with Mayo and Shirodashi.

  4. 4

    Option: You can use Masago eggs instead of Tuna and you can always add Sesame-seeds and Furikake topping.
