Cooking Instructions

First get cherrys and add to a sauce pan on a medium heat, let sit for 10-15 mins till there soft and starting to become a jam

Add sugar and mix in well, let reduce for another 10-15 and take pan off fire
- 3
Add your bourbon and flambé the sauce till the fire is out(when u flambé it intensifies the bourbon flavor while removing the harsh alcohol and leaving most of the suger behind)
- 4
Let sit for 10-20 mins and taste, of to your liking take off fire and blend the mixture, push through a fine strainer so u get a smooth liquid

This is similar to my earlier recipe for balsamic glazed pork chops, but the glaze this time uses bourbon. I got a bottle of Wild Turkey and this looks like a good use for it. 🐖🥩🥃 蛟龍Stormwyrm -
