Ingredients

  • 1 cupcauliflower florets
  • 2aloo medium size
  • 1/2 teaspoondhaniya (coriander) powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonchilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonamchur (dry mango) powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonajwain(carrom seeds)
  • 1 teaspoonbesan
  • 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • 1/2Garam masala powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonginger garlic paste
  • 2 teaspooncurds
  • 2 teaspoonkasuri methi
  • 1 teaspoonmustard oil
  • 1/2 teaspoonlime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoonjeera(cumin seeds)
  • 1/2 teaspoonhing(asafoetida)
  • 1/2 cupchopped tomato
  • 1/2capsicum
  • 1/2onion

Steps

  1. 1

    First we need to marinate the cauliflower and aloo. Take oil in pan heat it add ajwain hing and besan and sauté till raw smell of besan leaves the pan. Now take it off the flame add chilli powder dhaniya powder Garam masala powder amchur curds salt and mix well. Now add cauliflower and aloo pieces and marinate for 30 mins. Now preheat the oven to 200 degrees and roast it for 15 mins.

    Note clean the cauliflower before use.

    Now take oil in another pan heat it add jeera hing capsicum onion tomato and cook well but let it stay crispy.Once cooked add the baked cauliflower and aloo sprinkle water close and cook for 5 mins. Serve with roti or paratha.
