Mix your flour with egg, culiny essence and your melted butter with your baking powder

Blend your plantain, onion and pepper together

Pour into the mix flour and mix very well till it's turn battered

Pour the battered into the toaster nicely to give it a nice shape, before taking it to the frying pan

But remember you can also leave your pan cake there on the till it get bake/cook
