Steps

Heat oil. Once the oil is hot. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves and 1 dry red chilli. Let it crackle for few minutes. Then add beans fry it for 3 minutes.

Coconut, green chilli. Grind it and make a paste. Keep aside.

Now add coconut paste. Cook it till the coconut and beans cooked well. Add sufficient water. Cover and cook till the beans become tender. The curry should be dry.

Once it is done. Transfer to a serving plate. Now it is Ready to serve Beans Poriyal with hot...chapati and hot...rice.
