Steps

Clean the spinach leaves with water 2-3 times.

Add besan, ajwain, salt and red chilli powder in a bowl and mix with water.

Prepare a fluidy mixture.

Now dip the spinach leaves in mixture one by one and deep fry in oil.

Place them on a plate and sprinkle some chaat masala.

Serve the palak crispies with some green chutney or sauce.
