Ingredients

  1. I cup gramflour
  2. 1/4semolina
  3. Pinchsalt and sugar
  4. Pinchbaking soda optional or add bit yogurt
  5. I teaspoon oil
  6. Water for consistency
  7. Oil to fry
  8. 1 cupsugar and half cup water
  9. I teaspoon lemon juice
  10. 2-3Cardamom

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Make sugar syrup first.add sugar and water and cardamom with lemon juice in a pan

  2. 2

    Boil for 5 minutes and turn off

  3. 3

    Mix gramflour+semolina+salt+sugar+oil

  4. 4

    Slowly add water for consistency and make thick dough not too hard

  5. 5

    Rest for 30 minutes

  6. 6

    Make oil hot not very hot.stay at low flame.put mixture on any big strainer as I showed and gently with hand rub it

  7. 7

    Put this straight to syrup and boil until syrup thickened and turn the gas off

  8. 8

    Add some more spoons of sugar and keep mixing until it cools down

  9. 9

    Yummy delicious seerni is ready
