Ingredients

15-20mins
2 plates
  • 1/2 cupgram flour(besan)
  • 1/2 cupWhisked curd(dahi)
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric(haldi)powder
  • 1/2 tspGinger paste
  • 1/2 tspBlack mustard(Rai)
  • 2-3Green chilli
  • As neededGreen Coriander For garnish
  • 8-10Curry leaves
  • pinchhing/ asafoetida

Steps

15-20mins
  1. 1

    In a blender jar add a curd,salt,ginger paste, haldi powder,water blend well.

    Take a pan add this paste stir and cook until dense turn off flame.

    Take a plate or tray keep it upside down. Put batter on the edge of it. Spread it thin over a thali with a spatula. Keep aside for 5-6 mins let it dry.

    Once cool lift the khandvi from the edge with knife, then rolls like wise.

    Lastly add Rai ka tadka with Curryy leaves & hing. Garnish with coriander. ENJOY AUTHENTIC KHANDI AS SNACKS ANYTIME
