  • 2medium brinjals
  • 1bell pepper
  • 2medium size tomatoes
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1onion
  • to tastesalt
  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and cut vegetables in medium size

    Peel the skin of tomatoes and peppers cut in prices

    In a bowl add all the ingredients

    In a baking tray place the vegetables and bake it in a pre heated oven at 178 degree for 15 to 20 minutes

    Take out and sprinkle bit olive oil and garnish with fresh coriander leaves
