Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupraw mango
  2. 2green chillies
  3. 1 tbspoil
  4. 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  5. 2 cupwater
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. To tasteRed chilli powder (optional)
  8. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  9. 1 tspRasam masala
  10. 1 tsp sugar
  11. As neededCoriander leaves
  12. 2 cupwater for boiling
  13. As neededCurry leaves
  14. 2dries red chilli

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a pan add 2 cups water and add the raw mango and boil it untill they turn softer.

    Once done turn off the flame and transfer then into a mixer jar and add 2 green chillies blend and make puree of it

  3. 3

    Once done In a sauce pan add 1 tbspn of oil once the oil is heated add Mustard seeds,curry leaves,dried red chilli and then add the puree and add 2 cups of water

  4. 4

    Then add salt,red chilli powder, turmeric powder,rasam powder,sugar and give it a stir and bring the rasam to boil.

    Once done turn off the flame and garnish it with coriander

    Your Raw Man Rasam is ready
