Ingredients

  • 200 gmspaneer cubed
  • 3 tbspkhus khus
  • 2 1/2 tbspmustard seed
  • 4green chillies
  • as required Coconut (optional)
  • 3 tbspmustard oil
  • 3 tbspcurd
  • as per taste Salt
  • 1/2 tbspSugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Make paste of khus khus,mustard seed,2 green chillies & coconut.Into the paste add curd 1/4 tsp haldi,salt and sugar.

    Add cubed paneer to the paste.Pour in the mustard oil and green chillies (slit).Put it on steam fr 15-20 min.Serve
