Ingredients: 2 1/2 cups cabbage, packed (about 200 grams); 20 golden raisins, halved; 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (about 30 grams); 3/4 cup celery, thinly sliced on the diagonal (about 75 grams); 2 tablespoons red bell pepper, cut into thin strips (about 15 grams); 1/4 cup thinly sliced onion, rinsed (about 25 grams); 1/2 green onion, thinly sliced; 1 Fuji apple, thinly sliced; 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds; 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro; 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (about 30 grams); 1/2 teaspoon mustard; Juice of 1 lemon; 1 tablespoon olive oil (about 15 ml); 1 teaspoon honey; 1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste

Measure and cut all the ingredients needed for the recipe. Make the dressing by mixing the dressing ingredients together.
In a salad bowl, combine all the salad ingredients and toss with the dressing. Refrigerate if not serving immediately.
